COVID-19 Office Policies
Tardiness: Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals in order to ensure thorough sanitation procedures. Please be on time to your appointment.
Illness: Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition.
Cancellations: Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Cancellation fees will be waived up to 4 hours before your appointment time.
Centers of Disease Control Recommendations: People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus.
Safe Practices: No contact temperatures will be taken prior to session. Due to the level of close contact while giving/receiving massage therapy, masks are *Required* in the building at all times. Accommodations will be made for those who are uncomfortable wearing a mask while face down. Restroom surfaces, doorknobs, handrails, common spaces and the massage treatment room are fully sanitized with hospital grade cleaners and allowed to air between clients.
